To our Rivergrove Customers –
We would like to let you know of some changes we are implementing immediately due to the extraordinary situation we are in with COVID-19. Our highest priority is to protect the health and well being of you and your family. We believe the best way to do that at this time is to conduct business transaction remotely to avoid any possibility of virus transmission associated with traveling to our office. Social distancing is a crucial step for all of us to take now and we believe it is important to err on the side of caution.
Effective immediately, the office will be open normal operating hours of 7:30-4:00 but limited to staff only. Payments can be made by mail or by using the 24-hour secure drop box located in front of the office. You can also call the office at 503.635.6041 to make a payment by credit or debit card. If you have a water emergency, call the regular office number during normal business hours and speak with our staff. If there is an emergency after hours, call the same number and our answering service will make the necessary contact to District personnel.
Due to additional financial expenditures many of us are experiencing, the District will work with all customers. With sanitation being a high deterrent to preventing the spread of COVID-19, water service will be available to all customers regardless of account status.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this new territory together and do our best to maximize health and calm for our community.
