Effective immediately (Sunday, Sep. 13), the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is dropping the evacuation level for the populated urban areas North of the Willamette and Clackamas Rivers from Level 1 (Green) back to Level Zero (Normal). This includes Wilsonville, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Happy Valley, Gladstone, Milwaukie, Tualatin, Clackamas, and some areas in Damascus and Boring.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rivergrove Water District
