Shon was appointed and sworn in as Commissioner in 2003 to fill another Commissioner’s term and has been re-elected each term since. Shon is a native Oregonian who has lived in the district since 1994 with his wife and family. Shon works in the insurance industry in downtown Portland. He is very active coaching youth sports in the Lakeridge community. Shon’s goals for the district are to develop operating efficiencies while complying with regulatory standards to maintain our high quality water at affordable rates.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rivergrove Water District
